Discovery order from Supreme Court of Nepal to provide copy of Investigation case file to defendant (अनुसन्धानकै क्रममा अनुसन्धान मिसिलको नक्कल प्राप्त गर्न पाउने आदेश)

Supreme Court of Nepal has agreed and instructed order that it's defendants right to get a copy of investigation case and instructed the trial court of providing a copy if the request has been made before them.
